The application form consists of two sections. Section one will provide us with basic information about your organization and determines your eligibility based on the criteria. Section two collects information specific to the categories you are applying for.
Remember:
- You can apply for more than one category.
- You can apply more than once in a 12 month period
- You can expect to receive an answer in 30 business days regarding your eligibility for EMA.
